In this episode of the Old Biker Dude Show "Home Edition," I'm going to show you how to make a perfect over- medium egg. For those of us who prefer our eggs over-medium, we really don't want them any other way. The problem is, many folks, including cooks in restaurants, don't know how to properly prepare them.
Often times we over-medium lovers find ourselves settling for scrambled or fried eggs. This happens because we know we probably won't get our eggs done right. Only those of us who love OM eggs understand what I just said. So, pay attention all you breakfast cooks, cause we OM egg lovers have had enough of finding runny white junk next to our yolk. We don't want over-easy, or fried. We want our eggs a perfect over medium and this video will show those of you who have trouble making them for the folks in your life that love them, how to do it.
