HOW TO COOK PARROT FISH RECIPE - SWEET AND SOUR PARROT FISH

Sweet & Sour Parrot Fish
Ingredients:
2pcs. Parrot Fish or Isdang Loro (Mol-mol in Bisaya)
Sugar
vinegar
water
bell pepper
carrots - - cut into strips
ginger - - cut into strips
onion - - sliced
cloves garlic - - minced
cooking oil - for frying
cooking oil
salt - for seasoning fish
pepper
ketchup
Instructions:
1. Season fish with salt. Heat oil in a frying pan and once oil is hot, fry fish one side of at a time until golden brown. Remove fish from pan and place it on a serving plate.
2. In a saucepan, saute garlic, ginger, and onion in oil. Add carrots and bell peppers. Pour in water, vinegar and add sugar and ketchup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer until sauce thickens while stirring occasionally.
3. Add fried fish into sauce and serve.
