How to cook Pork Bisteg bikol(Pork Steak)

Ingredients
250g pork lean meat
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup water for cooking( depending on meat tenderness)
1 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp liquid seasoning (optional)
Carrot( enough not to over shadow the meat)
Chickpeas(enough not to over shadow the meat)
Oil
