These are actually very good if prepared right, but even just doing it the simple way like shown in the video is fine as well. Razor clam is very tender, and has a sweetness to it. I went to Seaside in Oregon to dig for them once. Very hard work, but it was definitely worth it.
@@jaydavis9717yeah you can eat that whole section he cut off by cutting that in half as well and cut out the small poopie area and clean. These have a very light flavor and have the texture of calamari
