One of my favorite squashes. I agree to bake it, much easier to cut and clean out. The mozzarella meatballs looked so good. Have a blessed weekend sweet family!
I poke a few holes in the squash then cook it in microwave to soften it. You can then easily cut open and clean out. You can finish cooking it in the microwave or bake it.
