Im in Alaska and the ones we have are more like mini-lobster tails! My dad got a bag last week and we always save the shells to make some epic broth. Excellent for thai recipes and has a delightful pink colour to it. When I saw your video, i was very interested to see your techniques. Especially so because the rest of the bag is still in the freezer! Cheers my friend and keep cooking😊
Kenta Kun !I really enjoyed your first RU-vid video.I just realised you have very nice voice too ! 久しぶりに元気な姿見れてよかったです! めちゃいい仕上がり! Im looking forward to see your next video😉
Fantastic finding you! So close as I grew up in Vancouver , now live in Abbotsford. I can hardly wait until next Summer so I go-to the docks and get the spot prawns. Can you do something with Dungeness Crab and, separately, Sea Urchin. Thanks 😎
Great to hear there are many local seafood lovers! It is such a great place to live near by. It's currently sea urchin season, so hopefully I can get my hands on some sea urchin👍
@@Walk-InFridge excellent. I scuba dive for over 20 years and have seen thousands of urchins. Have eaten a few right out of the water on a dive. So sweet and rich. I've always wondered what one can do with the roe.
