How to Cook Venison - "Chicago Style" Italian Venison Sandwich 

I know a lot of people have a tough cooking the roasts from from your wild game. Here is an extremely simple way to take a roast and turn it into a great meal. You've heard of Chicago Style Italian Beef Sandwich's, well this is the deer version.
1 deer roast
1 can of beef broth
1 jar of pepperoncini's
1 Tbs of Oregano
8-10 hours on low, shred and then back on low for 30-60 minutes
