When i smile in front of a mirror or taking selfie, my smile is symmetric. While it comes to the back camera pics and videos, my smile seems unsymmetric. It totally affect my photo face..
One side of my smile curves up higher than this other. Will this strengthen the other side of my smile that’s weaker, even though I can’t hold the even smile immediately? Thanks.

The problem is I can't smile evenly in the first place because one of my zygomaticus muscles is stronger than the other so I can't even hold it after I remove my index fingers... What should I do?

Idk if this helps, i faced the same prob but then i found this happens because you have been eating from one side of your mouth, because of which the muscle of the other side looses its strength. So start eating from both the sides. :)

i used to chew with my right side mouth bc i had a problem with my left teeth. and it became a habbit. recently i realize that my right side mouth and my left side mouth aren't symmetry. im starting to chew on the left side as well but its hard and weird. 😭
Same thing happen to me. I have a missing lower tooth on my right side I changed dentist twice and nobody said anything to me about it could potentially affect my face /smile all they did was point out that it's missing and ask if I wanted it replaced.i said no because it doesn't feel wierd using my left side more but now I'm started to notice when I smile my left side is very crooked. I thought for awhile it was just my face but I realize now by chance it's becoming waay more obvious because of the missing tooth and me hardly using that said and now I'm pissed af that nobody pointed that out to me because I would have addressed it. And yesterday I noticed a really big difference in the pictures I've taken at the sea, literally my smile has never been so symmetrical There is still a small incurvation but at the least now I can smile by the other side too. Could you please advise me what should i do in my case. My face is quite symmetrical when i don't smile but when i do everything changes. The sad thing is, the left side of my teeth has a cavity and I'm unable to chew on that side. I've been to the dentist many times when I was a toddler, but I keep having cavities since I loved to eat sweets and I'm not the type of person who'd brush their teeth after that. I've stopped that 'sweets' habit of mine after some years, but now I can't go to the dentist because of COVID-19 which sux a lot..

1. Stop chewing food on one side and start by balancing chewing, and massage the side of your face where theRe is asymmetry. I hope you understand that it will take a lot of time, but consistency is key
