I've watched the whole futures playlist. I have a question about ledges though. Are the ledges the valleys in the volume profile or an edge of the distributions zones?
I like a larger view on the profile, anything that represents a month of 2, 3 months is good IMO. You can combine them and see that they're fairly similar overall. You can use one of each. Just a general larger view is what I like and I use either 40, 50, 60 day.
Awesome video, Victorio. Any chance one on TPO? I always see them in your charts and I see that you use it in your pre-market analysis every morning in the room. I try to pay attention as closely as possible to the analysis to make sense of how the TPO works exactly, but a specific video about that would be great!
Nothing in trading is 100% the holly grail just doesn't exist, trading is playing pure probabilities with a slight edge over the market and you just need to accept it, if you're looking for a indicator or a strategy that works 100% of the time you'll never find it, it just does not exist, if you keep searching for that you'll be in a vicious never ending cycle. Trust me I have been there and now I accepted that the market is random and uncertain, just let the statistics of your strategy play out on a long sample first on a backtest and if it's profitable then go live with a small amount you can afford to lose, if your psychology is on point then you can slowly increase your position size.
