Have you tried skipping the first wave and start proxying the second wave ? thats a trick singed mains use because most people expect singed to proxy level one so they camp the top side (just like what the vayne did). But If you hide in your jungle until they show up in lane with the first wave, and only start proxying the second wave it catches them off guard and they'll just let you do it, most of the time.

I mean that's just the style of kayn top that I main, the primary point is that Vayne is hard countered by Edge of Night because the only way she can remove a spellshield is condemn, which is kind of her only way to peel for herself when someone gets on top of her. As soon as I bought it, I was able to just perma run her down and kill her over and over
