Found this very helpful! I have thick, curly hair and use a tangle teezer brush before I apply color to help straighten my hair for easier application. It’s a bit more challenging to color curly hair vs. thinner, straight hair.

How to keep the root color rinsing out on the ends of my hair. I used conditioner on the ends and holding the ends up, however my ends tend to darken. I use a 3N due gray hair. Thank ❤

Hi Josie, using cool water can be a great way to avoid this, then continuing to use the conditioner on the ends. 💜

P.S. This is the 1st time hearing about the "gloss" what is it called ? where to get it?

Hi Gail, Our glosses are semi-permanent color, and intended to refresh tones over already color treated hair. Applying permanent color over the new growth only and a gloss over the mid-ends, helps to maintain color without over-pigmenting or over-processing the hair.
