@@nbciudadanias got it. You need to add 'save answer' block after each text section. Check a simple example: chatfuel.com/share/?flow=660ac8ee1122c87dac095d7d
Hey. Glad you enjoyed it. First, you totally can use this on your website. It will basically work as a Messenger chat window, but embedded on your site. All of the features are available for this embedded chat too. Check out or website to learn more, or contact us if you want to start right away and need help setting it up.
Great bot. I am on your website now learning more. But I have a question, is there a way I can integrate all (FB,IG, WhatsApp) at once including chats from my website?
Thanks. You can have a FB bot, an IG bot and a WhatsApp bot working at the same time. Yes. As for the website, it's a bit tricky. Since you can only add a Messenger widget to your site. This is because IG and WA messaging can only happen in their app. That's why you can't add a IG, WA widget to your website. But, to have all 3 channels active together + a Messenger widget on your website. Sure.
I'm interested in trying out CHATFUEL, but why does it require connecting through FACEBOOK? Is it possible to create a test account some other way? Thanks.
No. But there are other bot softwares that don't depend on Facebook. They're more complicated though because you'll have to figure out how to host the bot on your own.
Hi, Jeoff! Do you mean, is it possible to type a text phrase (command) to a bot and the bot will respond? Then yes. Chatfuel supports keywords you can set up for many uses.
