Could you do one of these but with geometry nodes exclusively? I'm trying to make an ethernet cable with font the runs along a curve path. I have string to mesh. But I don't know how to turn the profile to mesh with a circle profile as a reference. I want to essentially shirk wrap the text font around a cable using only geometry nodes

Hi, so far until 4:09 I was able to follow, but when it comes to the second part, adding the Curve Modifier. It didn't work for me when using the Eyedrop tool to select the Circle. It said "Failed To Set Value". I'm still stuck there, don't know what could be the problem. Hope you can help/enlighten me. Thanks!

Hi, great tutorial!! I just have one little problem, hopefully you can help me to solve it. There are intern faces in the model and they are visibles if I add subsurface or a glass shader. How could I remove them? Thanks!

i cant use the circle when i put the curve modifier on the text the option to attach it to the curve isn't there it cant see the curve fore some reason someone else had this issue do you know why? EDIT: I WAS USING MESH CIRCLE THAT MIGHT BE YOUR PROBLEM!! I am having trouble copying the piece so it doesnt break it? ctr c and ctrl v acts the same as shift d for me? EDIT 2: i was moving the whole thing not just the empty that's why it was breaking for anyone else who does this lmao. Your tutorials are Excellent man I will be watching all of them! Ill leave up my mistakes so others can learn from them. 🌴
