Really good video, and has helped as someone at the beginning of my career in comms. I would say that channel consideration is another big part when making a comms plan, this is something I’ve noticed.
Thanks so much, yes I agree that channels are important, you can have the greatest message in the world but if you can't deliver it then what's the point!
