Kindly explain every step instead of background music. I didn't understand how you curved the C, but after some unsuccessful attempt, I did that by Alt + drag. Though I don't know you did the same or there is another process for that. So, kindly explain because you creates magic in the name of designs and we need to learn those magics.

You can also use the grid and 'snap to grid' function for that in current Illustrator edition (2019).
