I enjoy ClickUp too! What a great video. I just did a ClickUp tutorial and this all resonated with me so much. It's such a great way to track progress while keeping an efficient mindset.
I really liked how you said there are multiple ways. I started using clickup a while ago. I went gung ho, set it all up and was going to transfer my team into Clickup for projects and out of Asana but I actually always divert back to Asana to do my to do's even though I much prefer clickup because when I am on my phone or computer and I have an idea of thing I need to do, I don't want to have to open a list and then find the list and then put the item into a folder. I get that it needs to be organized but it ends up being really annoying. These ideas you have are great but I am wondering how you keep it simple in the mobile view or the extensions for easily adding tasks on the go. I find clickup isn't user friendly but is very helpful. Also I subscribed to your channel. I usually don't but I found this to be very helpful and I like how you offer different suggestions based on personality and preference.
This was an absolutely OUTSTANDING Daily/Weekly Planner video. As a physician and content creator, I use Click-up in a very different way than most of the marketers and your video was the first that provided clarity for me. QUESTION - I get overwhelmed when I have to look in more than one place and freak out that I may forget to look - as a WhiteCoatPreneur, I clump my Personal & Business ToDos together - especially considering my person is the business - your thoughts? Heyy aww I’m so glad this was helpful! I hear you about needing all your to Dos in one place. What you can do is click on the “everything” button typically found on the left hand side of your clickup and you’ll be able to see every task that is assigned to you. I made my everything tab into a calendar view so as long as any task in clickup is assigned to me and us a date I can just work off of one place every day: my everything calendar. I hope that makes sense written out. I show this tab in my other clickup video briefly as well!
Wow, this was a really helpful video! I just started using clickup and I would love to use the mobile app to keep up with my upcoming todos. The default view on my app is just one of my lists. how can i change the default view on the app to my "everything" button. I hope I'm making sense. I am happy to provide more clarity if needed.
