Creating a fill PDF form
Being in the home page go to the left side and click on the open PDF button. The file explorer is opened. Select the file you want to convert to a form. Then click on the open button. You will see your document ready to be edited.
Let 's do it by clicking on the edit option in the top menu. Then click on the Edit all option. As a first step let's delete the areas that will become fields in the form. Be sure to leave enough space for the fields. Finally click on the Edit all button. Now go back to the main menu and click on the form option. Below the main menu you will see a submenu with plenty of tools you can use to create your form. Just hover your mouse over each of the tools to see the options you have. For this example let’s replace the empty spaces with text fields. To create the text fields click on this icon. Now position your mouse wherever you want to position the text field and then just click. If you want to resize the text field you can do it by dragging on these handles. Now we will just copy and paste the text fields in the empty spaces where we want them. Now let’s add a few checkboxes too. Click on this icon and position the mouse wherever you want to place them.
Once you finish your editing click on the save icon and that’s it.
The recognize form tool
If you already have a PDF form with plain text and you want to convert it to a fillable form , you will love the following feature: Recognize form. Click on the open PDF button, select your file and click on the open button. Now your form is ready to be edited. On the top menu click on form then click on the recognize form option HERE. You will see how the app automatically recognizes the fields on the form and will create the text fields for you. Now just save the document. And that 's it.

Edit everywhere with PDFelement
Do you need to edit your file but you are not home? Use your cellphone and the cloud drive tool. A Free version gives you 1 gigabyte of storage. With a plan you get 20 gigabytes. Let 's configure this option. In the home page click on the cloud drive button HERE. Now your PDFelement account is open in the browser. In the left menu click on the document option. Then on the right side click on the new folder option HERE. Type a name for the new folder and click on the create button. Once you create your folder you can start uploading your files there and it will be in the cloud drive both on the computer and on the mobile PDFelement app . To upload a file go to the right side and click on this cloud icon. The file explorer is open where you can select your file. Then click on the open button and on the upload button too. Let’s edit the file on the mobile app. Go to the bottom menu and tap on the file option. Open the folder we just created and select the file you want to edit.
Once the file is open, tap on the “+” icon and of the options you see select the edit one.
Start editing your document and when finished, click on the OK option. Now tap the save option.
The Next time you open the file you will see the changes you made on both your computer and on your mobile device.
