How to Create a Fresh Start for a New Month ☀️

Loved the video! I procrastinate a lot during my day, so a tip that I was recently given is to write down everything you do, as you do it, during the day. Just to sort of make a map of your day and see what you actually spend your time on, since a lot of the time we do things that do not serve us, or just serve to distract us, out of habit. And since you have to write down what you are doing, as you are doing it, you are more likely to be mindful of what you spend your time on. Time is, in my opinion, one of the more valuable resources we have after all and we should spend it wisely. :)

Normally I am a silent watcher, but I think that a lot of comments help your channel. So thank you for this video! I got some ideas for my own life out of it 😊✨

I can honestly say you saved my life. Things have been very trying lately and I've felt lost. I've always wanted to be successful, organized, happy as well as many other things. Lately, I've been feeling like maybe I'm not meant for that life. It killed me to think my dreams might be too much, or not meant for me. Anytime I came close to having my life together or succeeding, something happened to clear out everything I just did. No matter how hard I tried, it felt like it would never happen. I felt hopeless, depressed, lost, anxious and worried about what the future holds. After discovering your channel, that has completely changed. I now know that no matter how hard things get, or how trying things are, I just have to get back up and keep going. A lot of my failures are due to self sabotage I now realize. With self talk, not getting out there and doing what I need to do, making excuses, putting things off, etc.. It's like, somewhere I expect that these things would just happen, someone would come along and tell me what I need to do and how to do it.. It was like I expected that one day I'd just be successful, have my dream job, go back for my degree and many other things. But that's not how life works, we need to work for what we want. It's not going to be easy, I feel like so many of us give up when things get hard, or we have to actually put effort into things. Success isn't an overnight one and done. It involves failure, disappointment and I'm sure many other things. But we need to take a step back and realize that we need to get up and try again, and again for what we want. People might say we can't do this, but we can, and we will. Thank you for saving my life, my future, my happiness. I appreciate what you do and that you genuinely want to help people better themselves. You're a true hero ❤

Actually the reason of breakout can be coconut oil. Grapeseed, rosehip, and tea tree oil is safer. I had oily skin and rosehip was working wonderfully.
