is there a way to save these presets so next time you can just add a text and then add the presets? are do you need to manually change these settings every time
You can keep this file and make copies of it when you want to use these features, or you can make an Action on photoshop, or you can just keep a file with the original settings > right click on the text layer and copy the layer style and paste it where you want to
Only a year later, but yes. Once you have all your desired effects ready to go on your layer, click "New Style" on the upper right side of your Layer Style panel. You can name it whatever you want here and hit "OK" to save it to your Styles tab. Now, whenever you open up the Blending Options/Layer Style tab of any layer, just click the "Styles" section at the top of the effects list, and you can see your custom saved styles in there somewhere, usually at the bottom of the list, and with one click you can apply these.
