Hi Bhupal, in your video about me21n you closed the first tab two times. This tab is actually very handy. With it you can pop up purchase orders you have made ever before and creatie a new PO of it. Do not save the new PO until you are satisfied with it. You can change the supplier, dates, texts, add and delete lines etc. Then save and the PO is made.

You can't, well the right answer would be even if you install the client side what would you do about the server side, you have to have licence and stuff like that. So what I want to say is if you want to learn SAP either you get job that that has SAP as ERP or get a training in some centers and that certainly will cost a lot of money.

thanks for the well explained video. I am creating a PO and while entering quantity with other details, its not picking up net price automatically and throwing error-net price should be greater than 0. I am bit new into SAP MM. Tried to figure out the problem but i hope there is some issue with price determination, any help on it?

If its a new material you need to maintain the price in T code - Me11 (Info records, choose the radio button - Standard), otherwise you can manually enter the price in front of condition type PB00 at PO item level, Condition tab. Hope this helps

Dear Sir, Can u pl provide me any template for tracking the PO which was generated through SAP , Because recently i have raised the invoice to our customer , But the amount of PO number which i have mentioned in the invoice is exhausted. You shoul 1st: filter all your desired PR's on Purchase Requisition. 2nd: once filtered, select them and click ME21N. 3rd: it will change of transaction from purchasing requisition to create a PO. 4th: while there select again all your desired PRs and grab them to the shopping car. And that's it sir.

Hi Tik Roll2, LSMW is the easiest way out. Do you have a subsequent document for your sales order? If you want to change the plant for all the line items, you can try MASS transaction code or VA05( Edit > MASS Change > New Plant), provided your line items are open.
