ehy man thank you for this. I have a question though on the step forward. Once you receive the link via email and you click on that, is there a way to set the landing page from that link? Otherwise Wordpress will let you land on its own which isn’t necessarily great if you want to be consistent with your theme.

Thanks, I was hoping you would cover the part where the user would get a link and how all that can be customized to make sure that no Wordpress reset page is shown once they click on the link from the email. Maybe the plugin does it automatically? I will test it out and find out. Thanks

Thank you so much for this. I've been working on login and registration pages but it took me a second to realize I need the reset password incase someone actually does forget it. Hope it still works.

Hi, Uriel. I have a question: when a visitor tries to enter my page with a wrong email or wrong password, he is automatically redirected to the default WordPress page: wp-login.php, how can I avoid this redirection and show a message of the type: "Wrong email or wrong password" on the same personalized registration page without redirecting to Wordpress login? Thanks for your video but i have a question. I tried what you said but it did work but when the reset email has been sent already. the link in the email is redirecting them to the WordPress reset and not my customized page. Any solution for this.

you have to redirect it to your custom page in the Plugin settings.

@@christhjian9923 it's the WordPress theme style. The design comes by default. You'll have to add customer css. I'm sure you can search WordPress reset password style on RU-vid and find something

The less the better. Probably around 5 to be honest. You just gotta see witch plugins run on the front end and are not necessary.

That's a good question. I'm not sure unless they have it as in option in plugin settings. Maybe try finding a plug-in where you can edit those sort of emails. If not might have to be custom code.

There is actually, at the settings page there are three options called "Reset Email Sent", "New Password Saved" and "Custom Login Page". You can set custom pages there as the landing pages.

I expected you to do better than this. It's not a big deal for us to add Shortcode to a Page. I expected that you should know that Password Reset has Two(2) stages. One in which we enter our Email for Reset. The second stage is where we Reset the Password. You didn't touch on the Page where we will Reset the Password. Why is that?

You haven't explained really anything here, all you've dont is shown how to style a few pages, which is self explanatory. What about setting up the "system", SMTP host, port, linking your email, the actual form for "changing" your password?? If you're gonna give your vid that title, you should show the whole process, not just the basics.
