How to create a slideshow with VSDC Free Video Editor (v.6.3.5)

With version 6.3.5 released, the way a slideshow is created has been slightly modified. Now by default all added images come as a single layer. If you want to use transitions between them, click the Run wizard option.

Trying to make a real estate open house/listing slideshow video. This definitely helps thank you! Looking for some more ideas or effects to add the images, maybe zooming.

Bonjour, Ca aurait été mieux d'avoir des explications que cette musique stupide qui fait "coin coin" et qui est stressante et pénible. Je ne sais toujours pas comment faire un diaporama en écrivant sur mes photos et en mettant de la musique. Je ne sais toujours pas comment mettre deux photos côte à côte sur la première page de mon diaporama avec des écrits et une musique. Aucune pédagogie !

Am I correct that *in the free version* , once you have accepted a set of pictures to make a slide show, and am in the timeline, you *cannot go back* to the Wizard to either *add* new pictures, or *change transition and display times* ? That is, you cannot go back to *edit* scenes *in the free version* ? (I'm speaking of version 6.4.1.71) (EDIT:) I'M WRONG! YES YOU CAN EDIT ASPECTS OF PICTURES AFTER ACCEPTING THEM!

Hello, if the sprite was created in the Wizard, you can use the "Edit Sprite / Slideshow" option: prnt.sc/uarcxe

@@VSDCFreeVideoEditor Thanks, but that option is *greyed-out* & can't be selected in the free version. By the way, what *is* that panel below the picture, the one with the red arrow coming from it to the options below Wizard? I now have that panel, which I didn't previously, but it's not _below the picture area_ , but is rather *up in and covering* the Projects and Scenes panel normally at the left of the the window, and I can't move it at all.

I know this video is 2 years old at this point, but I am stuck. I can do the slideshow and transitions, and then I add music. The slideshow is longer than the song. Is there a simple way to make the slideshow match the length of the song? Like change the duration spent on each slide? Seems simple, and it was in Windows Movie Maker, but I can't seem to get it to work on VCDS

Too bad that when I do this AND yes, doing it exactly this way, it ends up having multiple blank layers and clogging up what I'm trying to do. Also too bad that my email and my contact with technical support was totally ignored. Considering I am using this daily I am NOT a happy camper right now.

Is there a way to make various *portions* of a slide show *flip* between two pictures for a duration of time? What I mean is, if I have a series of images which are in many *sets of two* , all of the same picture, with the first in each set being the same *base picture* , and the second being the same picture with a *portion* or area of it *highlighted* in a different color, so as to clearly indicate which part of the picture is being spoken about, by the 'flashing' alternative coloration. Then the whole slide show would be a sequence of these sets, each set 'flipping' back & forth between the two versions (basic and colored area) to show a variety of different indicated structures. When I look at version 6.4.1.71, all the transitions are one or another kind of *fade* , which is not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a sequence of *timed flips* .

I made one of those ones were you have a video/pic next to it slide it to your screen and show the next one I have it as a video Hate to admit but it’s the fortnite one and just saying someone told me to do a video on the game.
