We recommend you follow the formula method and enhance the formulas based on your needs. Don't worry! We have improved the existing formula to fulfil your goal. Please check the following: www.exceldemy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Adding-new-employees-and-including-a-employee-status-in-Training-Matrix.gif You can download the solution workbook: www.exceldemy.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/David-L-Porter-SOLVED.xlsx Formula in cell C21: =TRANSPOSE(IF(UNIQUE($C$5:$C$17) = 0, "", UNIQUE($C$5:$C$17))) Formula in cell B22: =IF(UNIQUE($B$5:$B$17) = 0, "", UNIQUE($B$5:$B$17)) The formula for the Matrix: 1. Select cell C22. 2. Apply the following formula: =IFERROR(IF(INDEX($E$5:$E$17, MATCH(1, INDEX(($B$5:$B$17 = $B22) * ($B$5:$B$17 "") * ($C$5:$C$17 = C$21), ), 0)) = "Active", INDEX($D$5:$D$17, MATCH(1, INDEX(($B$5:$B$17 = $B22) * ($B$5:$B$17 "") * ($C$5:$C$17 = C$21), ), 0)), "Employee on a Leave"), "") 3. How do you know the rex of colour FFF???
@exceldemy2006
@exceldemy2006 16 дней назад
Hello @HRHồngNhã, The hex color code #FFFFFF represents the color white. In the hexadecimal color system, colors are specified with a combination of six digits, where the first two digits represent the red component, the second two digits represent the green component, and the last two digits represent the blue component. The format is #RRGGBB, where each pair of digits corresponds to the intensity of red, green, and blue (FF is the highest, and 00 is the lowest). To know about other hex color codes, you can easily look them up by searching online. Just type the hex code into Google to find the color and its details. Regards ExcelDemy
