I wish you could slow down and really show us beginners how to actually create something that is pleasing. How to add accounts so customers can sign in and find their products, etc. For those of us with no website skills it sure would be helpful.

I'm happy to have found Payhip! I am in the process of setting it up but I can't get my top 'Banner' image to fit properly. I have adjusted the size up and down but the sides keep getting cut off. Any suggestions?

This seems like a superb platform. Thank you for this. However, this video was extremely hard to watch as it was too speedy, and there was not enough magnification and focus on key areas of the site and functional steps, like adding a custom domain. This needed to be delineated more. Also, if you mention the Google SERP, you MUST inform the viewer as to where the link to a Google analytics tracker should be added to this lovely site you have just created. These are my critiques, but this is a nice service overall. Thank you again. 🙏

Adding a description for your images also helps search engine crawlers understand what that image is. SEO is one of the most cost-effective marketing strategies for improving your ranking in search results. Hi! Any chances of you adding scroll animations to the websites, both store and blog? I understand that there is an option for using custom code. But if I could do that I would not be requesting to add the options for scroll animation in the drag and drop settings. 😅 So, please consider adding scroll animation.

As long as you connect your Payhip account to Stripe or Paypal or both, you will get paid out as orders come in. What about email, do I need to integrate another company for this? I have both digital and physical products that I would like to be inclusive on 1 website. I would like to allow customers to opt in for special coupons etc,, is this possible?

Hi there! We don't have a slower video, but you can adjust the playback speed by pressing the settings button in the bottom-right of the video player. Alternatively, you can pause the video while you update your store and restart it when you are ready. I hope that helps.
Hi there! You'll need to designate a new homepage before you can hide the "all products" section. To do this, navigate to the page you'd like to set as your new homepage, click the gear icon, and select the "Set as New Homepage" option. You can proceed to hide the collection afterward. Hi, I added a contact page with contact form. But there's no place to add my email to the backend of the form. If someone uses the form, where will their messages go?

Hi there! You can categorize you're products by adding collections. You can do this by clicking the "Collections" button in the top-right of your Product page in your Dashboard.

Hi!! If you only have PayPal connected to your store, all payments from customers will be added to your PayPal account. So, if a customer pays by debit/credit card, the funds will be directed to your PayPal account.

Furthermore, if you connect a custom domain to Payhip, you can even embed a block of code on your store pages. This looks awesome . . I've always wanted to launch my own website and this looks more easier for me, but can you show us how to put the tax and shipping costs for all the countries in the order and the stock. . Which means, that if the item is out of stock, the system must not take the payment

Hi there! When you sign up for an account, we automatically create a website for you by default. This website can be customized to match your brand via the store Builder, and you have the option to connect a custom domain, though it is not required. Payhip provides hosting for your website, so you don’t need to worry about finding a separate hosting service as well. :)
We appreciate the feedback. If you hit the Settings button whilst the video is playing, you can adjust the playback speed to make it slower. Hopefully that helps.

Hi there, yes you can use Canva to create your website header. Additionally, images are responsive so they will change depending on the side of the device being used. We have a mobile view in the store builder you can use to check what your store looks like on mobile devices.
Hi there, you can do this by launching your store builder and clicking on the "Header" section. Then click on "Store Logo" to change the title of your store and "Navigation Links" to rename the links.
@@payhip with navigation link is possible to change titles. But I need to change like the share link of domain. One that do not say payhip at the beginning...in order to create a better understanding
