My late Father was a classic example of what you teach, Conor; he was action oriented, always looking for solutions (mostly to other's mistakes). He never lacked anything, however just relentlessly gave to others.

Another way to put it is to not walk through life beeing afraid. Scared people hold back, don't share, envy others, avoid doing things... and so on.

Very good message! What you are describing is really the way God functions: Infinite abundance, giving, sharing, other-centred love, etc. And one the primary tenets of Christianity is that God gave himself entirely to us and dwells in us, so we have Him and all that is His in us, meaning that that abundance is ours to use as we acknowledge it.

Scarcity is used as a tactic to perpetuate everything you teach, sir. Every sale of everything in history has occurred thanks to convincing a potential buyer that they are inadequate in some way or that the object being sold is “going away soon, only 1 left, without this you’ll still be inadequate”.

2:25 this segment has just fuel my goal of creating a RU-vid channel this year with the main goal being that of sharing, philanthropy, charity living a life of abundance. Ya me tooo... Yesterday evening.. While we friends dicuss... We felt fantastic goodwills and goodness of living and happiness around... Why don't we start a RU-vid channel... Because of sharing with him only I got the happiness in me... He got happiness in him.. It's simply great.. I wake up at 5:25am...And I found your video in the morning ^^ I realized that I was in state of scarity, I fear everything even the good compliments I could not accept that. Shrinking and Waiting for the better day in the future that's really put me at the adge of fearless. From now on, I shift my mindset from scarity to abundant. Mr. Conor, thank you enormously for sharing with us such an important message. We need to rectify our mindsets from time to time towards abundancy, generosity and reciprocity. Unforfotunately, human nature does the opposite. So you are absolutely right about taking action instead of just thinking as iron does not become a sword unless lots of hard work is put in it. Recently I launched a youtube channel to share with my knowledge of grammar in both English and Russian languages and that is absolutely free and with that step, I hope I made my first move towards generocity and reciprocity mindset).

Great Video. The law of giving is clearly spelled out in the Bible. I have seen this principle work in my life for many years. It’s called reaping and sowing. You may not see an immediate return but it will come back to you in do season.

There is no such thing as scarcity; it is only perceived. I believe that the feeling of scarcity is ultimately the root of all evil in the world.

there is definitely something to your statement... I'd love to explore deeper... and how we can begin to parent and lead in a way that doesn't trigger the sense of scarcity (the need to compare to those who have more, without seeing what they had to give up)

@@ConorNeill there’s sometimes a feeling of resentment when someone has more than we do, as if they took a bigger portion of the pie, and left very little for us. But to think in terms of a pie is to think in limits. In reality, the pie is infinite and abundant :)
