I am glad you found it useful. Motivation is tough because we cannot motivate others … we can inspire, be an example and help people think, but we cannot motivate. It’s internal to each person and it will be different for each of us.
Skills assessment is just a fancy way of saying - what skills do you bring to your business; do you have the skills the business needs at the skill level required; if not, what skills are needed and who has those skills (contractor, employee, partner)?
