I totally agree. What this industry actually needs is your time plus consistency. Because you know what, when you don't get client for a long period of time, even after learning so much in it, you end up giving up the idea altogether. It's my experience don't loss hope. Just keep on honing your skills and carry on with your pitching. You will surely get what you're looking for.

the points you have told is the exact same what i have faced as a agency process, specially the last point “that don’t keep on getting new and new clients, give yourself time when you go one step further and see how much you capable of and then start getting new clients and growth”. Hey Khalil Client ki rates aur the freelancer that I'm hiring unki rates mein Kitna difference hona chaiyai. Let's say my client is paying me 6pkr per word to freelancer that I'm going to hire unki rate ki kia range honi chaiyai?

Pay them a good local rate. What do you think a good writer charges in the local market, pay them that. Your writer’s rate should not depend on the client. It is up to you to find clients paying a rate that makes it worthwhile to hire a writer at a decent local rate
