I love your contents. They are very useful. But, I would advise you update your products prices. The bookly plugging is no longer 59. I paid 89. Plus, in your video you said Stripe is integrated in the plugging, but once I purchased they lock Stripe feature and I need to pay 29 extra to use it. Total price: $118. Please follow my advise on updating products prices. Don't ruin the reputation you already have... Thanks. I think the plugging has the potential to solve many problems for service providers but I recommend not to abuse of it. Many features offered now have been removed and they are charging separately to use them. Remember that the plugging market is very competitive and honesty is the currency that dictate it...

Super helpful tutorial!! I currently use campaign monitor and a separate scheduling app. I have to manually go through all of my clients, copy and paste their emails, then upload them to campaign monitor. I occasionally have to send things like updated policies, pricing etc. and I really like the features that campaign monitor has as far as building custom emails with links. So I wanted to know if there was an easier way to keep my email list current when I receive new clients without having to constantly go through and add new clients. Or is there a way to access everyones email from this plug-in, or maybe export them all. I hope that makes sense, Thank you!!

Hello! In Bookly, you can export the list of customers, and also import them by creating a CSV file with a couple of fields.

Darrell, do you have a suggestion for a booking plugin that features a flexible start and end time option? IE. the customers once to book gym time at 8am and then select the end time on the booking app. I can't seem to find one company that has that feature. The only solution I can think of is telling the customer to leave a message. do you have any suggestion?

HI Darrel! Nice video. Let me ask you if this plugin would work in this scenario. Hostels type of website where each hostel has a different owner and each owner should be able to control their own bookings, options, prices and approval/denials... Is this possible? Hi, the plugin is designed to work with one resource - staff members, so you will need to set up the systems as staff members in order to be able to rent them.

Hi, after watching your tutorial and using your link for the trial I am having trouble getting this to work. Hey Darrel, am I able to set the days or times available for that one service? I'm a photographer and only do newborn sessions at 10 am for example. Or a mini session for one certain day.

Hi Oksana, the availability of service and time slots will be displayed according to the staff members schedule, which can be set in the staff members menu -> schedule tab. If you will want to set up a service that will be available only for one specific day, you will need the service schedule add-on. This add-on provides the option to set up a weekly schedule for services.

The coupon I added states it's invalid or reached its limit when it has not. I used Darrel free version of books and I applied the coupon exactly done in this video. Please can you explain why it's not working? Aldo at checkout it states I will pay locally, how is the payment retrieved? I tested it and received the confirmation email, but I am unsure how the buyer pays this way. How do you get rid of that locally payment option? Many thanks. Selina

Hi Selina, Please check if the coupons are associated with the relevant services. The pay locally option can be used when the payments will be made on-site. Payments can be disabled in settings -> payments.

The site has to function similar to an airline booking portal were customers can by tickets for a future date and have to option to pay online of pay at point of service. How do you set certain times for certain categories? If i wanted to run a boxing class on a Monday between 09.00 -10.00, and then again in the evening 16.00 - 18.00 and not allow them to select any time they want

You have two options - create a new staff member and set his availability only for these time slots or get the service schedule add-on to be able to set a schedule for services.

Do you have to have a payment option? If i'm going to use this just for booking appointments and i don't charge anything. For example if i'm not charging anything will the payment section still have to show in the progress bar?

Question: Would this suit a website where people could go and book a photographer from a list of say about 10? All photographers costing a different price per hour and being able to book them for 1 to 5 hrs on a specific date? From your video i suspect this would work but just checking. Thank you in advance! Hi Cory, yes, you can set the plugin this way. You can create 10 staff members and multiple services, then adjust the price for each staff member in part.

Hello Darrel, You have really made a great tutorial to explain the working of the plugin. One thing I still have doubt with is how to make the user to login before he makes his appointment. So that later if he wished to cancel the appointment he can do so by loginin into the website.

Currently, this functionality is not supported, though you can enable an option to create automatically WordPress user accounts for customers that book appointment for the first time. Besides, you can enable one option to display a login option in the booking form.

The plugin is not suited for this type of websites, it was designed to be used by one business.

Hi Henry, at the moment this functionality is not supported, though you can create two services for this scenario.

Hi mate i have just downloaded free version from link provided but its is not working properly can’t add new services and it is not even showing stuff on page once page is loaded 😕🙁
