Crazy timing! I literally sat down to watch your video and had my computer ready to set up conferences with sign up genius! And then it was like you were speaking directly to me! 😂 I switched my plan to google and got it done in no time! Thanks so much for another perfect, helpful, and oh so timely video! 😃
Aww, yay! First of all, it's so good to hear from you Heidi and I hope you're doing well! 🥰 Also, I'm thrilled that this was helpful for you as you create a conference sign up. That's perfect timing! I hope your conferences go well and you have a great rest of your week ahead! 🖤
I absolutely love everything Google! There are so many cool things to do on Google calendar. Great way to stay organized at work and for personal events. Thanks for taking the time to show how to use Google calendar.
I'm with you! I love that all the different apps and tools work together seamlessly and that they are available for free! 🥰 I'm happy you found this helpful and I appreciate you always watching and taking the time to comment Nellie! 🖤
Hi, Michelle! Just dropping by to say that i have really been enjoying the videos and podcast episodes that you and Bridget have been creating lately. The new year is always a good time to reflect on routines, check how we're managing our time, and learn ways to improve. I'm so happy that you ladies keep motivating and teaching us with your content. Have an awesome weekend! 💜
Hey hey Mandy! It's so good to hear from you and I'm happy you're enjoying the content from my videos and our podcast episodes lately! 🥰 That's always so nice to hear! I love that you find the content motivated and hope you have a great week ahead! 🥰🖤🎉
Wow! I did not know this existed until just now! Awesome tool! Thanks for the idea on scheduling student presentations! I can’t wait to share this with my teacher friends! Like I have said before, you are the master at tutorials! I can’t wait for next week’s video! Have a great week!
Yesss! It's such a great built in tool (and FREE which is every teacher's favorite number) 🥰 I'm happy you are already able to brainstorm some ways to use it in your classroom... especially with teachers! Thank you as always for watching and commenting! 🥰🖤 I hope you have a great week ahead too!
Hi Michelle, Google and Apple should be paying you for these app tutorials that you are making for their apps. Looking good as always. Happy 2024 !!! - Dwight
This is fantastic! I’m suddenly so intimidated by Google Calendar after I was asked to help our School Psychologist with admin for a child study team and accidentally forever deleted all reoccurring meetings that had already been scheduled (and no, they weren’t in the trash, I checked). 😅 Thankfully I was able to fix it by reaching out to teachers and adding them all back in, but gosh it made me feel like an absolute goober since I was there to make her life easier.
I'm so happy that this was helpful for you and I appreciate you watching and commenting! Also, I totally get it... the apps and tools can be intimidating at first but most things can be undone if you "mess" something up so there isn't too much to worry about! Have a great rest of your week ahead! 🥰🖤
I am grateful to you for this great video. Is there a setting that allows only up to 4 people to book an appointment for each slot when we schedule appointments? I couldn't find it in the settings. If it exists, could you please assist me with this?
I didn't see it specifically this year but I've seen pictures in the past! I don't really run anymore but I'd be willing to do a 5K if it's Office themed 😂
I love the ability to create an appointment schedule, but I have to use an external service so that my clients get text message reminders and can reply directly to the text to confirm. I wish that was an option with Google!
Great question! As @teacherof2026 mentioned, you could screenshot it and then print that. Another option, and my personal preference, is to print the "day" view of the calendar. If you click on the specific day you have the appointment schedule on, it will open the single day view. From there, you can click "File" and then "Print" or use the keyboard shortcut Command/Control + P to bring up the print dialogue box. If you use the keyboard shortcut, you can adjust the settings including the days, font size, and orientation. Hopefully that helps!
