I have this theme installed on Wordpress version 6.0. when selecting ALL PRODUCTS,/MEDIA etc the Clothing images are not appearing, the boxes are grey. I have been able to upload images from my laptop. The layout for the shop appears on the home page, along with the main images, however the visual/models wearing the fashion do not appear.

Yes, we can. There are 2 ways to do. 1. Automated Google Translate & 2. Manually Translate For both option, you have to use another separated plugin. I am available for free consultant if you are doing any eCommerce website.
