how long paypal take after receiving payment to transfer or release payment?

My paypal looks nothing like this though :( It doesn't let me go into details of the invoice items, I don't know how to delete old items. It also no longer allows for tip options?

they are changing this again and it absolutely blows. these popup windows to enable discount and tax are not only obnoxious but the setting is never remembered. absolutely vile and disgusting UI design
