Thanks again for your post and prompt response. Well, to those who always get a red flag irrespective of how many times they try with new emails; you need to find someone who resides in ae.to help you open an account for you. But please he/she shouldn't fill any details you already used (biz name, phone number etc) let him/her use his or hers. Only your town, city, country should be really yours. Don't use your ID to confirm anything. Let him or her send you a scanned copy. It's a question of trust. Anytime PayPal receives any of your details during login, it's automatically red flag as the previous attempts. And they don't care about real name or matching name as long as a you used the person's ID to verify. This was my own shitty experience.

I just created a pay pal account following ur step by step guide,I got to the stage where they requested card details I did enter the detail so it asked for CSC code,I entered a 3 digit code at the back,and later I got a message from my bank that the can has been declined

-Please I need clarifications, must the prepaid UBA credit card be in dollars or will naira work fine? -You said there must be up to $5 in the account, is one just going to pay in naira equivalent into the account or look for dollar to pay in? -Finally, assuming I didn't link my PayPal account to the local credit card, can be able to used the money to make purchases or transfer to other local credit cards in Nigeria? Hi Funmi. Thanks for your response. Pls I was able to change Ng to AE, selected business. It gave the option for accept payment in 2 places. Small to medium business and Enterprise. Which do I select pls? Also, linking of card gave me the options: Credit card & Bank account,...no debit card. I selected credit card, but it wasn't successful I noticed yours gave debit card in the option. What do I do pls?

Dear Sister, at what point am I supposed to fund the prepaid UBA Visa dollar card? According to your training, I only need valid ID and utility bill to just pick up the card but they requested me to fund my account with $5 so they can take their charges. I want to get a card that I can't actually withdraw my dollar in naira. Should I request for UBA prepaid naira card or UBA prepaid dollar card?
