Nice tutorial and nice cover, although you are not a designer.😊 But what does KDP means? and how to upload this to Amazon? This wasn't a complete tutorial.

I just confused if ppl can download and use book cover in fabrica for free why they have to pay for us to make them ?

I wouldn't want to risk having the same cover as someone else on Amazon. I would consider using it for personal use or for a book that's a freebie.

people fail to tell us its 250$ to publish a book, which could be costly if you don’t have the money. So you can create anything as long as you got 250$

No, it's not $250 to publish a book on Amazon KDP. It's basically print on demand so you pay nothing up front.
