How to create center line from polygon feature. 

I can't believe ESRI don't include the ArcPro Polygon to Centreline tool with an advanced level licence (or spatial analyst). It requires ANOTHER extension (Production Mapping). You had my hopes up, but I don't fancy manually editing rail corridors across the whole country
