I thought it might be fun to not only show the breakdown of this image but to also show where I feel I learned some of the technique that helped me out when I was actually capturing it. Questions or comments drop them below!
In the swimmer images I believe those were Buff Einsteins and the Navy image I was using Profoto B1's. Most strobes these days have fast enough flash duration to freeze most motion.
