You need to go to Brush settings (F5) > Brush Tip Shape and set Hardness: 95%, Spacing 1%

I hade the same issue, here how I solved it: In the same panel where you can clean the brush (top left, where the gradient will appear after this action), you have to uncheck the third option (witch I think will be called something like "Only load with solid color" in english). It sould solve your issue !

@@solodka6822 Активный слой должен быть слой с градиентом. Далее выбираем "Микс-кисть", ставим настройки в точности как на видео и зажимая Option (Alt для Windows) кликаем левой кнопкой мыши, чтобы получить цвет. Еще раз, смотрите внимательно на настройки кисти.
