they are selection tool, when you pick selection on SubD they should show up automaticlly. if you are using Mac, they may be in other place like left sidebar.

@@PJChenJewelryDesign Im here with the same question. I selection toolbar is hidden when you have subd tools selected - i cant toggle disable, meshes, lights, blocks etc.
