Loving the break down in this video!!! There is certainly a process of transferring external motivation into an internal motivator. Along having a why, the best thing to do to stay motivated is to have a regiment and environment that supports you and reminds you of what you want to accomplish.
While watching this, I felt that this video was meant for me alone. It put everything I'm going to do in perspective. I'm about to make a lot of money, but that has never motivated me. It's always been about what I can do for everyone else. I have had external factors motivate me not 99%, but 100%, and commited my life to that. I lost all motivation once I did it. You are exactly right that it is temporary. Great video, possibly the best! I have a whole new perspective look on life.!

Wow, great video and words Stefan, totally agree with you. My life philosophy is the same. However, what one could do when he is living in a very negative society with hostile and angry people and the wish to help and contribute evaporates very quickly when for example all day you meet people that don't deserve to be helped, don't appreciate your effort, moreover they argue with you when you try to help them. In that situations I don't have a desire to help and contribute to anyone. I feel angry at that society. How to cope with that?
