No, polymer clay does not need to be sealed. Only if you want to make some glossy details or paint the clay with acrylic paint. The paint needs to be sealed.

I have never used e6000, do not know it`s properties. The glue I used is a polymer clay of special kind. It is more like silicone one. Decors to the cups can be glues only with glues, that can withstand a boiling water temperature. This one is good, I like to gluecups with it.

I usually bake mugs for an hour at 120 gradesCelsius. I mostly use Cernit and Fimo clay. If you use Sculpey, temperature needs to be 130 grades Celsius. 3. Berries were prebaked and varnished. Chocolate imitation adheres the baked and unbaked clay while the final bake. 4. To glue these mugs I use 1 component silicone glue. I like it. After the decor is baked on the cup, you need to take the decor of the cup and glue it with 2-component epoxy glue, which withstands up to 100 degrees Celsius. Decor can be washed by hand and any dishwashing liquid. If over time the decor becomes completely dirty, then you can clean all the dirt with toothpaste and a toothbrush. Or acetone. But still such cups can be used for ages withowt any issue.

Hello! After baking the polymer clay is very durable. You need to glue the decor to the cup with special glue afterwords. Such cup can be used securely. It lives quite well at least for a couple of years. I use mine for 4 years now.

I use masking tape for painting work. But I think any scotch will work.

I have Cernit (Atlas) machine. And for macarons I roll clay on "0" setting. Then cut the maracons out of the 2 or 3 layers of clay.

Hello! This means the temperature was lower then needed foy your clay. Make a higher temperature and bake once more at least 45 minutes. It is better to use oven termomether inside the oven.
