In this video i will be showing how to create multiple products in one listing on Etsy using Printful or How to make variations in one listing on Etsy. Making many products under one listing is key to success on Etsy, It is something that all of the best sellers are doing on Etsy. Adding different products under one listing causes more of your products to be seen while also saving you money on listing fees. I hope this video helps out!

well if you are not one of the very best kept secrets. I needed the multiple variations but I wanted listings i.e. sweats, tanks, tshirts along with these variations. Your channel is excellent and I did subscribe and now I have to look at printful vs printify

Only 8 listings in stocking my store 50 to go but I did want to offer on multiple products. It’s nice to have oodles of listings with variants but I’m worried about the Etsy bot thinking I’m spam and shutting me down. I think you’ve just solved this problem as each size and colour were listing seperate and ticking up the 0.20 into lots of dollar bills. I’m operating out of Australia and dam this is a process. My biggest fear is I’ll do the months of work and then crickets because the big guys will rank and I’ll be page 11 or worse. I’m in the jdm Japanese performance vehicles and drifting nieche. Appreciate your hard work on this video and covering this topic for us newbies thanks for saving us all dollars and time. Will be watching more vid from you …… love and peace back …. Great content! No one has explained step-by-step the way you have. The only other question I was hoping to find the answer to in this video is how to offer a discount for multiple items purchased within a listing like this. Since both Printify and printful offer shipping discounts for multiple items, I’d like to pass that along to the customer but haven’t been able to figure it out. I mostly use Printify if that helps, although it might be the same process for both. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! And it might be best to talk about the shipping in the description or one of the thumbnails of your item! I do believe if you are going to do shipping individually for the group it would in the edit tab

I can't add more than 20 Characters in Writing my Option. Like I Can't Add : - Adult Unisex Shirt / XS I can only add option between 1 to 20 Characters.

Help. 🙏🏼 I see so many T-shirt stores on Etsy that have many many size options including youth toddler etc. as well as having many many color options. When you have that many variations/SKUs…do you think those stores with all those variations are actually creating SKUs for each of those hundred or 200 different variations or do they push the orders through manually? Creating all those SKUs would be so labor-intensive and take so, so long. However that’s what would make it automated. Having to place orders manually obviously it’s not automated. What is your advice or your thoughts on how those larger stores with many many color and size options handle excuse and orders?

They probably know their merchandise so well it’s not as hard to do it manually if they have to do it that way, but I think it’s linked automated from a computer reader once we connect the SKUs and process the order lol just my best guess at it. Im not sure lol but as long as they get our orders correct right? Haha

The maximum number of variation options for two variations that control sku is 400. Either remove some variation options or only have one variation control sku i get this error

Great video... question! How to you sync the different colors to show up when you select a specific color. Do you have to have different colored mockups for all different color shirts? Or can you just load a color chart?

Thank you! And when you are in Etsy editing a listing. Scroll down to variations and click “link photos” then click primary color. That will allow you to sync the different colors to pictures….it won’t show in the preview but it will show once you publish it

@@traceyhenderson1290 Yes, that should be okay. If its still matchig up once you click on a specific item in your etsy shop then you've done it correctly.

I was actually trying to do mugs of 2 different size as a multiple listing, but everyone takes the easy route and do clothing. How can i post both the 11 oz. and 15 oz. so that they can choose which one they want.

It would be same process but instead doing the sizes for shirts you would type the 11 oz and 15 oz. But same concept in video just not writing small medium or large

Thank you for this tutorial! I am wondering if there is a way to create a listing with twin bodysuits/shirts (also couples). I am a mom of 4 and also a twin mom and was thinking to have a lot of focus there. I am trying to figure out how to make a listing with two bodysuits that are the same size and color but the text says something else. I tried to start at Etsy side but there is just an option for size and color in the variants section. I see that a lot of shops are selling twin shirts/bodysuits as sets but I don't really understand how to do that.. I am using Printful as my pod provider.

Is anyone else having trouble getting the listing to show up on printful after you have added it to your etsy store as a draft and then hit "refresh data?" I can't get it to show up! I don't know what I have to do to change this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, I’m positive that you can but since I don’t use printify I’m not sure how. I believe you would have to manually match the SKU numbers up

@@davidsnakedoe7322 if you’re using printful you can make all your designs and add one of them to Etsy. Once it’s added to Etsy you can edit the listing like how i did in the video. Add your different variations and names then save as draft. Finally got back to printful refresh data and sync your products to the proper name. If you’re still having trouble let me know I’ll make a video for it asap

I want to upload multiple sets of prints as a collection of prints from Printful to Etsy - buy one item that contains multple prints, like a set of 4 wall paintings - I see other sellers doing this. I think that's what OP means too. How do I go about this? Cheers
