How many partition we can create in one disk.. Total 4 primary partition or 3 primary and 1 extended.. am I correct ?

Yes, however if it is virtual disk max is 15logical partitions and more than 15 if it is physical

You are saying that 1st two partitions are primary partitions and 3rd one is extended and rest ones are logical partitions. But when you did partition I saw that the 4th partition was primary but the 5th one was logical. Kyu tu 2GB ke extended partition par 5GB ka logical partition bana sakta hai kya

Extended partition will not have any size its just only a layer.

"up to 4 primary or 3 primary and 1 extended" is correct ONLY when using MBR partition table, if you use GPT you can have up to 128 different partitions.
