On my iOS 16.3 on my iPhone 12 Pro… The directions provided seemingly went relevant in my application

Create pdf option is shown when you go to Quick access option indicated in your iPhone

I have iPhone 12 and I’ve done this before and can’t remember now how to do this? I get to the save in files-save to IPhone but when I hold on the picture I want to convert (just as the video says) there are list of options Get info Rotate Rename Etc….. But there is no option that says “create PDF file”

You should mention this method requires a Files app, for which one must go yo App store to install. Its really annoyiny that you assume Everyone already has this App.
