While syncing will it get updated in both the central files which u have saved in the local drive and BIM 360 ?

By syncing, the file will be updated in local drive as well as on cloud live model. But if you download it from BIM 360 without publishing it, it will not be updated. You need to publish it first. But if you open the model through BIM 360 from Revit, you will get the update.
