I have a question. As you know, we can no longer connect Shopify directly with ManyChat. We need to use third-party services like Zapier or Make for this integration. My question is: Can we use the free plans of Zapier or Make to automate tasks such as abandoned cart reminders, product reminders, and order confirmations? Thank you.
@@chatimize What does "1000 Ops/month" mean? Does it mean that, for example, if we trigger a Shopify order confirmation to be sent to a customer, it counts as 1 operation? Does this imply that we can only send order confirmations to 1000 customers per month? One more question: If we have a website powered by WordPress and WooCommerce, how do we integrate it similarly to Shopify?
@@awaistoor4276 Basically, every time Make.com does something for one person, it is 1 operation. So: 1. It gets data from Shopify -> 1 operation 2. It looks up the customer in Manychat -> 1 operation 3. It sends a Manychat automation -> 1 operations. So one scenario can consist of multiple tasks, for example 3. That would mean that 333 people can go through that scenario to stay on the free plan.
