For every one whos noise stops after 30 seconds: 1. Fractal Noise Effect: 2. Set 2 Evolution keyframes: 3. Open expression editor: 4. Insert loopOut expression: Adding the loopOut("cycle") expression will cause the Evolution property to loop continuously, which should solve the problem of abrupt stopping after 30 seconds.
That's great, but what if you record your footage on actual VHS, and digitize it back? It cannot look more original. If you use an old tape, which has been used for daily recording (if you want really strong effect, the best if the tape came from a time-lapse VHS recorder after heavy use), you can get really strong random glitches as well.
1 Fractal Noise Effect 2 Set Evolution keyframes: 3 Open expression editor: 4 Insert loopOut expression: Adding the loopOut("cycle") expression will cause the Evolution property to loop continuously, which should solve the problem of abrupt stopping after 30 seconds. I know it might be too late...
HEEEEELP!!!! When I am trying to change the settings on the evolution part it doesn't let me insert a time value, it only shows me the evolution options which are the cycle evolution and the random speed... So how can I change the time values???
from the point of 7:15 and on, i couldn't get the overlay to move i've done everything from time*1000 expression and [value[0]+time*-20000,value[1]] expression in the correct areas yet when i play the video, or move it. It will not animate. Please help!
Okay i just found out that my video actually only animates the overlay for the first thirty seconds of my whole clip and it pauses the overlaying animation at 30 second mark. Im sorry im a noob at this, but is it possible to extend this? or make it loop?
