Can I just drop slides into my PowerPoint presentation? How long does the code last...if I create a slide now, will the code last till I present a week from now?
If you want to add Mentimeter slides to your PowerPoint, you can try our new add in! More info found here: help.mentimeter.com/en/articles/1720503-how-to-use-the-office-365-plugin The code resets itself every 2 days, but there are ways to extend that. You can read more about it here: help.mentimeter.com/en/articles/2780681-for-how-long-is-my-voting-code-valid
I'm inquiring about upvoting questions in Q&A. My colleagues and I have spent hours viewing Mentimeter trainings and testing the software. Specifically, once questions are submitted by participants, they are not organized onto a single slide, but rather each question is appearing on its own slide. Is there a way to get all questions on one slide? Further, it appears the functionality to select reactions, other than upvote (thumbs up), is disabled (i.e., downvote, heart, question mark do not appear as choices for users). Please help -- are we missing something?!?
Please note, I'm not an official Customer support representative, just work at Mentimeter and saw your comment! It sounds like you want to see all questions from the participants at once? Is it important to show them all to the participants as a slide in the presentation? The are a couple of ways you could possibly solve your situation: 1. The participants see all of the questions in their device and are able to upvote them there If you're trying to show them all to the participants so they can upvote, they should be able to see them all on their devices to do so. Then the most upvoted questions show first on the presentation when you are presenting. If you are using a paid version of Mentimeter you can moderate this so you choose which questions are shown to the audience. 2. You as the presenter can see all questions asked via the Mentimote There is a Mentimote (presenter mode) where you as the presenter can see your notes, click through the presentation and also see all of the Q&A questions. From there you can select which questions to show on the big screen in front of your participants. 3. You can get questions from the participants and show them all in the presentation with an Open Ended slide If you want to show all questions asked by the participants on a slide in front of everyone you can use the Open Ended slide, but important to note that the participants can not upvote submissions if you use this slide. Hope this helped!
Hi Muva.Mai as an alternative to live presentation you can choose Audience Pace in settings. In this way, the audience can see, vote and share a presentation whenever they would like to.
Yes, an internet connection is required to vote. You can red more about it in our help center: help.mentimeter.com/en/articles/410950-what-device-to-use-for-voting
