Hi Terry, I tried to figure out how to get my mailchimp subscribe form/landing page to pop-up automatically in portfolio and I just can't figure it out. I already have it as a simple link page that is in my navigation but I want to get a pop-up. I could use another program and tie it to mailchimp if need be. But how can I do this? Is there a video somewhere that I'm just not seeing? I looked at mailmunch but that seems like mailchimp so I'm not sure how to make this happen. Thank you!

I just had the most uncooperative agent on customer service telling me that adobe agents cannot give me any support or help for portfolio!!!!! Your tutorial is amazing as always though, big fan. Just shook after my interaction with adobe help as a paid subscriber
Thank you so much, Terry! I tried to set up an Adobe portfolio before and was very frustrated! I couldn't seem to make things work at all. With this video, I was able to set it up in just a few hours! YAY! This video addressed just about everything I needed for a basic portfolio! Now I truly appreciate the whole Adobe portfolio thing! Some things are a little different now, but not so different that I couldn't figure them out. Thanks again! You're the man!

Thanks Terry for your video. I've been paying $$$ for a website to showcase my photography. Being retired, the cost is now out of my budget. I would love to know what the appropriate size and resolution of my images should be (not good for stealing) for the Portfolio site.
Does this work with videos? I’m a video content creator, so will this work with videos or is there a better Adobe website creator for videos that is drag and drop...?
Great video Terry. I tried POrtfolio last night and made a mess, so started again today working through this video - so easy! Have there been changes since you did this in Jan 2019? I know the interface looks different in some places.
Great and helpful. I haven't been able to find out if its possible to horizontally scroll on the PF templates.They all seem to scroll vertically. Is it an easy matter?

thanks!! i dont know whats going wrong but i have an membership (i use my moms an she is a teacher at uni) and i just cant possibly publish it! it keeps saying i dont have a membership and when i want to buy it they say i have an membership.. omg so annoying. do you know what i can do?
maybe create a virtual copy of the images you want to have on the portfolio and remove the captions from the Virtual copies but leave tem on the originals? just a guess/idea that may work? try it on one and see
Hi Terry, New subscriber and grateful for your tutorial on this product. I'm just getting started using it and am trying to figure out how to get a single Lightroom album to share to multiple Portfolio gallery sites. Is there a way without having to duplicate my Lightroom album for each site?
Okay, you made it look too easy. Is there some site that I can go to for more information? I can't figure out how to upload my photos that are in a specific file on my hard drive and not in lightroom classic. I click the + sign on the left but it gives me very limited choices. None for adding photos other than Lightroom photos.

Hi Terry watched your whole video and still can't see how to add an image to a gallery from my desktop. I am struggling to get past the basic add page. Whatever I do it just brings me back to the 'add page' box or adds another title in the nav bar. I can add a page and add a gallery ( although they both seem to be the same thing) and they all get added to the title section. nothing gets added underneath the titles and I can't find a way to add any images from my desktop? Can't find where the picker is or anything on any of the menus relating to the idea of adding an image. The "gallery" or "page' seems to be the same thing. Basically, when a page name is highlighted in the top navigation section my only option, is to add a page or a gallery. when I do that it just adds another nav title up with contact etc. I guess I am assuming you could just add a gallery then select the gallery and start adding images to the gallery but it doesn't seem to work that way. I tried view gallery in the "manage content' but that just keeps me on the same page of the nav bar and the 'add a page ' box. How can I access the section where I can add images to a gallery-like it looks in the Mercedes template? I don't want to work off lightroom how can I add images to a page/gallery from my desktop and title it etc. What I want is to use the Mercedes template. But so far I can't for the life of me find how to add images to a gallery? Can't see any gallery, there is nothing so far after exploring portfolio and adobe help and the wide web for what must be a day all up. If I could add an image without adding a navigation title to the top every time I ad an image. Moreover, the only way I've found to add an image is to keep adding pages or galleries. Doesn't seem to be a difference between gallery or pages either, so confusing!

I definitely want to include english version as my second language but unfortunately my main audience is speaking different language..

@@TerryLeeWhite I just found a way. Thanks Terry! I had touse a 3rd party form creator "Typeform". Their supplied embed code didn't take so I tried wrapping it in RU-vids video embed code iFrame and that worked.

Thanks for this video Terry. In my portfolio, I would like to create a gallery(s) where the pictures in any specific gallery are numbered; is there a way of doing this other than labeling each picture directly?
If you setup your Lightroom collection of images that you plan to use on the page, you can arrange in the right order in Lr and use that. It should do it. Not sure havent tried yet but I think thats the idea. Get your collection setup FIRST and then link the collection to the web portfolio.
Hi Terry, thanks for your videos. My question is : I would like to create email associated with the custom domain name I am using on my portfolio website (GoDaddy domain)...is there any way I could get a custom email since the domain is now pointing to Adobe Portfolio. It costs quite a lot to get the email through GoDaddy. Or is there a support line I can ask instead of you? Thanks Terry

Great Tutorial. IT is great only if you have acess to Lightroom CC. What about all the rest of us who are still using Windows 7. We Cannot run Lightroom cc because of Adobe collusion with Windows and they want you to Buy windows 10. Will be upgrading next year to Windows 10 but until then can only use Lightroom classic. A tutorial on Portfolio Only using Lightroom Classic would Help. Thanks Terry.

I think Dean Vinson’s comment below confirmed my question especially since I’m a monthly Adobe subscriber. You have helped me learn Lightroom CC and organized all my photos over the many years AND removed the frustration of not having fancy cameras by simply using my iPhone and iPad...BRILLIANT! Now I can focus on creating. And NOW once again, I can have a Portfolio and never realized I ALREADY HAVE ONE🤭😵😂. You are a diamond in the rough ty sooooo very much Mr. T🌹
