I would like to know where you get fireproof yarn. I know I saw info about the sewn ones requiring the fireproof for use in microwave.

Recommended cotton but I used acrylic and google said it’s fine to use in the microwave

@CrochetJewel l use red heart an bernat and or Caron yarn are these ok in microwave. Have you tried yours yet?

So what if my bowl is smaller than your smaller one what do i do?

Go down hook size or omit one increased round or it could still fit your bowl because of the stretch.

What a great idea! I can’t stand putting bowls in the microwave because they get so hot! I usually use 2 so I don’t get hurt, one for heating and one for eating out of, lol. Thanks Amy!
