I figured out the sleeves! Thank you SO much for this beautiful pattern. This is what got me to pick up crocheting again after many years of nothing. I'm teaching my daughter how to crochet as well. This pattern is absolutely gorgeous and the yarn is SO cozy!

I'm almost done with the Pempberley Pullover at the moment. It's the first sweater I've ever made and it's been pretty easy. I like on this Hoodie that the sleeves are added on, I had a terrible time getting the correct amount of stitches between my markers on the Pemberly. Can't wait to see how you do the hood as this might be my next project. I'd like to commend you on how well the sizing is on the Pemberley too. I am working up the XL and everything is fitting perfectly.

I love the color. It’s a comp between the At Home cardigan and the one made of Homespun yarn!, I have been making sweaters for 3-4 years now. I’ve made basic panel sweaters to top down cardigans & pullovers. I have been waiting for the perfect hoodie!,

How many balls of yarn did you use? Just wanna make sure before I start Edit: i ended up using about 1297 yards of yarn. I used red heart super saver yarn and made mine a bit smaller than the small, i didn’t use an actual size. It turned out amazing! Thanks for this amazing pattern!!!!

Sooo cute! I was wondering if it’s possible to make it cropped? Maybe just having a tighter bottom band and then increase on the first HDC row after the bottom band? And of course just do less rows in the body.

Hello and THANK YOU for this lovely pattern and tutorial! I want to make this for my daughter for Christmas, have just started the ribbing. So happy to be working on this beautiful piece! Question: She's got an abundant bust, measuring 43" which falls into the XL sizing, but she's slim otherwise and would wear a medium per all other measurements. Is there enough ease in the large size to accommodate her larger bust without stretching tightly across that area? I don't mind to make it a bit oversized by using the large sizing, but I think it would just be huge on her if I went with her bust measurement of XL. Advice, please? Best to you and yours!

I single crocheted into the ribbing and THEN I 2 half double crocheted into those stitches. It felt easier and I eliminated the waviness too.

You're so welcome!! It does have positive ease written into it already, i'm wearing a small in the photos. If you want some extra slouch for over clothes I wouldn't go more than 1 size up!! :)

So I'm using a medium (4) yarn as well, but my rows are coming out much smaller than yours look l. Do I just need to try and loosen my stitches? Or should I just add more stitches to make it a little longer? Just unsure of what to do here.

I'm having a really hard time understanding how to sew the sleeves on. I understand what you're doing when you line it up and start slip stitching, but how do you close the actual sleeve itself?

She explains it at around minute 27. You basically just seam down the side of the sleeve as well, just like you do for the sides of the sweater and to join the sleeves
