Ch 25, sl st in 1st chain, chain 3, star; (insert hook in 2nd ch from hook, pull up a loop, do so in the next 5 stitches so you end up with 6 loops on hook, then pull through all, ch 1)
At first, I found the start very slow but actually it's excellent. Very well articulated and well filmed so that pesky first stitch is very clear. I'm a doofus when it comes to following instructions but this worked for me. Thank you! I am making it with a very bulky raw cotton yarn and a (European ) size 8 hook. Looking really nice
This was a bit hard but after a few rows it became very easy. don't give up beginners! This is my 6 th project and i was able to make it through. Love this!
Thank you so much for the pattern. I’ve tried to master this stitch for so long. I don’t know what you explained better than other crochet sites, but yours worked. Thumbs up!
Thank you very much for your tutorial, this is quite a lovely pattern and thanks to your instructions I was able to make a case for my crochet hooks. Cheers !!!
This was super helpful as the pattern I have didn’t have any videos. My only question which may go unanswered is this worked inside out? My inside looks nice than the outside, and just have been working the turns exactly as described
I love your videos! I've borrowed this pattern (added 25 chains and a strap) to make my daughter and her cousins little purses for snacks when we go out! They're so cute and the girls love them! I actually just remade my daughter's because our dog ate her old one 😂 I sewed a fabric liner into the new one, I wish I could post a picture!
you all probably dont give a damn but does someone know a trick to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost my login password. I would love any help you can offer me
@Musa Jeremiah i really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
This was a great starter piece for me. I really enjoyed making it. I did have to wip stitch my side seam though. Not sure exactly what happened, but either way, came out looking great. Don't give up on this piece of the stitch is kind of hard at first. I had to redo the first 4 set of rows about 3 times, lol. But you get the hang of it...
Love your tutorials. Very detailed instructions, thanks. I gave this a shot last night but ended up with 11 not 12 stars on my first row. Where did I go wrong? Ha. Going to retry just now. Thanks again.
C'est très jolie, j aime beaucoup. Vous expliquer bien. Je ne comprends pas bien anglais, mais je devine et je vois bien ce que vous faites. 😊 bonne continuation👍
I really like the look of star stitches, but every time I try them I seem to end up with unattractive large gaps at the seam (in this pattern and others). I am pretty sure I am following your instructions exactly and I have 24 stitches in the rounds, what am I doing wrong?
It seemed as though when you went into the space before the last spoke on the 2nd star, it was a different spot than on the 3rd star. Maybe I am not understanding
Caron Simply Soft would be equivalent. It's a very light worsted and much like the yarn she is using. It would also be very pretty because of the sheen. Just an idea :)
Hello I love ur work so much I want to show u a pic of somthing I want and I don't know how to do it alone I want to send u the picture and u make me a Vedio for it Can u??
no offense but i didnt like you repeating everthing again and again. pretty much for the first 5 mins of the video all i heard was "last spoke of the previosu STAAARR"
That helped me to keep looking for that spot as I couldn’t find it right away as opposed to rewinding back ☺️ I actually like repetitions because I’m a total beginner
It's a pretty case but the tutorial is way too slow. I get that it's good for beginners, but it has to be evened out for people who are a level or levels up from beginners too. It honestly made this video unwatchable. I tried to bare thru it but I couldn't, sry
Kayla VanSandt You can adjust the playback speed. You should be able to find it if you click on the icon composed of three vertical dots (the menu icon). It does wonders :)
I feel bad for saying but I have autism and your voice kinda hurt a little but that was just because of my autism. I'm not being rude and your pattern was amazing thank you
